Update August 04, 2010: We are back from our awesome Kanoe tour. We paddeled approximately 70 km per day. We can highly recommend anyone this tour. The feeling to be in to the wild is just amazing. We saw some wildlife such as mooses, bald eagles and one black bear. Of course at night, it was a strange feeling to be in a tent and maybe the bears are listening to us. To stay alive we catched one big arctic pike (50cm) and a small greyling with our 14 doller fishing route from walmart. From Carmacks we had to hitchhiking back to Johnsons Crossing, which was harder than we thought. After one overnight sleep in Whitehorse and 4 different people, who gave us a lift, we reached Johnsons Corssing and our lovely VW.
